I am very dissatisfied with this place. we had a booking of 12 people and they failed to inform us that they don't have the capacity to accommodate all of us. they ended up sharing us into 3 different places. the weather was -5 and I ended up at a place called The Lux which has a cement floor, no aircon and no electric blanket. the room I was placed in was also secluded from all the other rooms and placed near the gate. Let me also emphasize on the rudeness of the front desk lady who was assisting us. she was impatient and plain rude. I am very unhappy with this place and will not recommend anyone to book here.
